Flexible work hours
Phoenix Wharf offers flexi hours for all staff. For example, if you want to go to the gym before work or pick your children up from school, you can flex your working hours to suit your lifestyle.
Hybrid working
Working from home has always been a part of our flexible work policy. We usually work 3 days from home and 2 days in the office. Exceptions apply to staff members living outside a 50 mile radius from the office.
Time off & holidays
Full time employees get 25 days holiday per year (excluding public holidays). In addition, we offer 3 personal days, 1 input day and 1 charity day.

      Due to exciting growth, we’re currently looking for a highly talented Midweight Interior Designer with hospitality experience to join our team. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking to demonstrate their creativity and support our team in delivering exciting projects for our national and international client base. Key responsibilities: - Supporting the Design Director and Creative Director working across multiple international and UK based projects 
- Working across all design development project stages 
- Exploring creative concepts, making suggestions at appropriate stages in the project 
- Producing costing packs and detail design drawings 
- Producing FF&E material, furniture and lighting proposals including specification and coordination 
- Space planning, lighting design principles, Front of House and Back of House provisions and means of escape 
- Project drawings, and the associated cross-referencing 
- Preparation of mood board, design presentation boards 
- Involvement in the understanding of client’s budgets and breakdown 
- Attending project planning meetings and site meetings 
 About you: - Minimum 3 years’ experience working in the hospitality sector 
- A proven portfolio that demonstrates creative thinking and excellent technical skills 
- An innovative and inspiring approach to work 
- Proven experience at all stages of the design process 
- Excellent presentation, conceptual and visualising skills 
- Strong and confident communication skills 
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment 
- A comprehensive understanding of manufacturing methods and materials 
- Ability to produce detailed technical drawings 
- Proficient use of SketchUp, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
