With over 100 stores in the UK and US, Space NK are a luxury beauty retailer with an unrivalled portfolio of brands and a loyal following of customers.

We worked with Space NK on improving the customer flow, design consistency and quality of interaction with Space NK Consultants within their current and new store portfolio. We later embarked on a ‘store of the future’ concept, exploring what a bolder brand experience could look like for their new London flagship.

Our innovative concept combined emerging retail technology with a more fluid use of the space to create a destination for customers that goes beyond just a great product selection. Key elements include a beauty concierge, brand experience areas, beauty photobooths and vending machine, and a pop-up space for new and established brands to host product launches.
